Yoga2U – Frequently Asked Questions

1. Why is each group limited to 10 employees per session?
2. What happens if employees are absent?



Larger groups require more time for organisation and are subject to frequent distractions or interruption. This can result in exercises being performed incorrectly and therefore reduces the benefit to each participant.

With a maximum of 10 employees it is possible to approach and assist individual participants which allows for a degree of personalisation.

eg. In a meetings or out of the office, etc.
The Yoga2U teachers will begin the exercise session with the staff who are present, even with only 1 or 2 employees.
